I've sent an email but wanted to say on here so that I can get it sorted quickly. My main computer has a virus and I hadn't printed my rental voucher so please can you send me a new one. We go on Sunday. Order ref 57488

Yes, we re-emailed your voucher to you within a couple of minutes of your email earlier, so let me know if you still haven't got it. It was sent at 20:21 your time, so probably whilst you were typing this forum post.

One thing, for customer service issues such as this, posting on here is probably slower than emailing. We check emails much more often than we check on here. Emails are always open (usually by myself and / or Roulla) whereas we check the forums just periodically during the day.

Thanks for that. I was really impressed with the speed of response and happy with the outcome as I'd been worrying about it. I've now discovered that my hard drive has got to be completely wiped to get rid of the virus and so I'd lost it anyway[msnsad]
