View Full Version : Best Rental ?
I have been looking on various websites for an 8 seater minivan (Coming out in April with the grand parents) Can anyone suggest the best website for an all in deal. Tried the one from www.USCarhire.co.uk, they will only quote in £Sterling - £460 At moment that is $840 Is this the best I can get ?
Hi Gary,
Try the car hire link at the top of this page. their prices are usually very competitive:)
Thanks Ruth

I think Dollar are good by default whichever travel company you start out with. The thing about Dollar is that they worry more about complaints than ant other car hire firm; so much so that you actually wish that they give you a poor car to start with so that you can make a lot of noise and get a REALLY better one. On our first visit to Orlando in 1991, Dollar first gave us a dodgy Dodge which I had to drive to the hotel with the left indicator broken. When I phoned and bitterly complained the same night, they sent a 8-cylinder Eagle Vision as a replacement for a compact with no extra charge and later wrote a long letter of apology. I have heard that other people have had OTT replacement cars following complaints.

Just checked them against our sites and they are only cheaper on some models and then usually only by £1 or so...we are a lot cheaper than them for quite a few of the car types.
