Barbara as it's new why don't you just return it to M&S for a refund?

Was bought for me, have no receipt.
They will only give me vouchers, would rather have the money.

If you want to take it back and get vouchers I'll be happy to buy them off you

I think M&S only gives you 35 days for refunds. It used to be something like 90 days

Barbara, if you take it back and get the vouchers you will be able to sell the vouchers and make more money than if you sold it for £145 [msnwink]

I often take things back without the receipt because you can guarantee the thing I need to take back is the receipt I have lost[msnembarrased] Most shops are brilliant (inc M&S) but if it has gone into a sale you get the sale price in vouchers/gift card. Sure M&S will oblige your refund on Friday, don't be embarrassed either[msnwink]Let us know how you get on
