Searching for a villa in July Aug

This is my first time to Orlando and would like to have my childeren have the time of thier life. We will be in orlando on July 15th to Aug 5th, 2010. Please help me in finding a spacious villa with the following specs:

1-sleeps 6
2-Quote full cost during the period of my 3 weeks visit (everything included: e.g. taxes, cleaning, insurance...etc)
3-bedrooms (3+) and bathrooms (2+)
4-within 20 minute drive from WDW
5-Internet access
6-Fully air conditioned
7-In a safe community
Preferably:
1-in proximity of I-drive
2-with a pool
Appreciate your prompt response since I am arriving in less than 2 weeks and need to make a decision within a couple of days.
