Hi there,

does anyone know how long it takes to get tickets from this site , as i am getting really worried. I ordered Disney and universal tickets 1 week ago stating on the form that I leave this Saturday, I didnt know at the time they come from the US as I thought this was a UK based company otherwise I wouldnt have ordered them.

I did think that $15 dollars was a lots of postage for just 2 tickets however.
Anyway upshot is they have not arrived and after looking at the tracking it shows they have not left the US yet....

I only have a few days left before I leave and this is worrying me a lot, as I cant afford to pay for the tickets again.

I've just alerted Martin to this thread so he knows to respond. It's usually quicker to email tickets@park-tickets.com with any questions as they do respond to all emails quickly but can miss a post on the forums.

Hello,

Delivery is 7 working days as stated (assuming Royal Mail do thier bit and someone is in to sign for them). Do you have an order number as I cannot find an order under your surname?

The postage is for insured delivery from the USA and actually costs more than $15, there are other cheaper options and collection which is free.

I also do not see any emails from you, emails get the quickest response.

I've taken a look and cannot spot any orders with your surname around the dates you are mentioning either. Did you order them under a different name perhaps?

If you can email tickets@park-tickets.com with order number and / or name on the booking, we can trace your order and comment further.

sorry should have said I bought them for my sister under the name Welsh ....

According to the tracking they were delivered today! 5 working days 2 days quicker than promised [msnwink]

Hello,
really need to know if you have received them, the tracking system says they have been delivered but this was before your message, as they have not been activated I am a little concerned. The email address is with BT so no doubt they are stopping our emails from getting to you. Do I need to cancel the tickets?

Hi there sorry, I was unable to come back onto the forum as i was on am outward bound course with no Internet connection . The tickets did arrive thank you .

I have since ordered another 1 this time to be delivered to the villa after we arrive tomorrow . BTw we didnt receive any emails from you so they must have been spammed.

We were just concencered because when we checked the tracking it showed they had not left the US yet they arrived the next afternoon still showing they were in the US
