Here are some pictures from the wonderful wonderful Macy's parade from 18th December!

If you look in the top right corner, you can just see the vast amount of ticker tape that had just been launched from the top of the Twister exit. This was incredible! It marked the beginning of the parade, escorted by several members of the NYPD! As I said on another thread, if this is the standard that universal are capable of producing, I want to see more all year long!

We are looking forward to Universal this year as we have not done the IOA, thought we would save it for when we took our grand daughter (she will be four). We have not seen a parade there yet so that will be a priority. I hope it's as good a this one looks.[msnsmile2]

Only been to Universal the once of my 3 visits and did enjoy it. Was quite dispapointed with the Nickelodeon Studios though, imagined it to be a bit more exciting. Loved the Earthquake though! Was amazing!

Earthquake is great! I really miss Kong though! I really enjoyed UNiversal on this trip, and wish it had not been so cold that week!

I never knew that Kong was gone [msnsad]I enjoyed that also!! See I havent been to Universal for a while, actually it was 3 years ago so it has probably changed a lot since then. Im glad Earthquakes still there as I plan on going there this year. Does anyone know if the Nickelodeon Studios has got any better? xxx

Didn't bother with nickelodeon, never been too impressed by it! Apparently neither had anyone else, as it was deserted!

Steve

Nic studios are cool for younger kids, but not too much to write home about for the adults.

But if you haven't been in a while, you'll have Shrek 4D, Twister, Men In Black, a new Animal Actors show, and (if it opens as planned in late spring) The New Mummy Attraction to look forward to.

And Of course if you've never been to Universal Islands Of Adventure, there's a whole stash of cool stuff to enjoy !

Don't miss the Spiderman ride ~ it's the best in Orlando :D
