Due to a marriage break up I had to cancel my booking with UScarhire.
I have sent them 3 separate messages but to date haven't received an answer.
Any advise what to do?

I've alerted Roger to this post just in case he does not see it. I've had a quick check of the orders and cannot spot anything under your name. Did you order under a different name?
I do know all emails are responded to very quickly but we're very busy with re-arranging car hire for everyone stuck with delayed flights due to the volcano in Iceland at the moment. I've had a scan through the outstanding emails in the Inbox and cannot see anything from you. Can you confirm what address you emailed?
Roger will be online soon and can advise further.

Twice I have used the message box on the booking form and once from my email address nickro1ca@yahoo.ca on March 31.
I'm sorry about that. We always reply to emails the same day or if they come in late then the next morning. For some reason we have not received any correspondance from you, not even in our spam folder, so I apologise for the apparent lack of reply.
I confirm we have now cancelled your order and your deposit will be refunded back to your card.

Just to say that USCarhire have been excellent and most efficient over this current time. Well done all.
Roger, The reservation was cancelled all right but to date I have not received a refund of my deposit. Could you please look into this for me. Thanks :)

I've chased this up with our supplier, but you really should email us rather than post on here, so that we can easily find your order details and reply to you.
