1st time renting in Florida?

We are thinking of renting a villa in Florida for 2 weeks in October 2011.We would want 3 bedrooms and private pool.What would be the best area to rent in if we wanted to be based at the beach but be within driving distance for a couple of days doing the theme parks?.Thanks in advance for any help.
