I have a 7 seater suv booked through uscar hire with alamo for 3 weeks in april i am really going to be given a jeep commander that is a really bad car. I only booked alamo because of people on this forum had reported getting a chevy tahoe. I am going to be doing alot of miles and do not want to have to do them in a jeep.

We're in Florida at the moment and booked a 7 seater SUV from Alamo through USCar Hire we have a gorgeous Black Tahoe with caramel leather interior and it's only done 2000 miles. We're very pleased with it. We didn't see any & seater Jeeps at MCO.

I am just curious to know why the Jeep Commander is a bad car? I rented a Jeep Liberty a couple of years ago and for the 4 of us it was a really good car.

We can't rule out being offered a Jeep Commander, although most likely these days it will be a Tahoe.
That said, most people love the Jeep Commander, and many specifically ask us for one of these if they have a choice. They are a very popular car over here, but I'm sure you have your reasons for not liking them.

I have hired both in the past and found the tahoe to be the better car also did you get the choice to pick your car with alamo ?

When we arrived there was only 1 7 seater SUV so we chose it[msnwink] but as I said we are very happy with it[msnsmile2]
