View Full Version : Searching for a villa
Hi
Im new to these forums and was wondering if there was anywhere to ask about available villas without having to do any searches.
Thanks
Hi Sharon welcome to the forum, have you a community that you prefer to stay on in mind, if so send an enquiry to villas in that community.

Hi Sharon and welcome! Unfortunately there is no way to find out which villas are available unless you do a search on one of the OV sites above.
We owners are not allowed to contact potential guests directly through the forum and if you should be contacted directly you should report it to John or Roger. This is for your protection as this ensures you are only contacted by owners verified by OV. Anyone contacting you directly would be a bit suspect, as owners know the rules.
Just put in your requirements and then you will have great fun choosing.
Hope you have a great holiday. [msnwink]

Hi Sharon
Welcome to OV forum I fully understand you would think the task of searching through all the homes would take forever.
But it is quite simple and can be enjoyable, more importantly doing as suggested you will have peace of mind, that you have the exact home thats suits your requirements.
Good luck and enjoy the experience [msnsmile2]

CAN I just mention Sharon, I notice you mention elsewhere about a pool fence, and would just like to say that all homes must have at least 1 safety measure in position regarding pool safety. Many homeowners choose to continue using the alarms as they offer an instant warning that a child is entering the pool area. In your case obviously a 2 year old wouldnt be able to open the door by themselves where a 5 or 6 year old could.
I just wanted to let you know and for the benefit of others who may read it to reassure that safety precautions will be in place whichever home you choose and that a safety fence is not necessarily the safest way to protect children from accidents (a good pair of adult eyes is always that) as they have been known to use chairs to try and climb over etc and some people may be lulled into a false sense of security and let children play outside unattended believing they will not get near the water.
