I have heard a lot about 'ice' just a few questions. is it any good? do you have to pre book? how much does it cost? many thanks

We have been twice now and love it. It is cheaper if you pre-book on line.

Its well worth the money. We went December 19th.
I will book for earlier in the day the next time we go as its not as busy as later in the day[msnwink]
We booked for 5pm and they were at least 45mins late going in:( Which wasn't great with two little ones.
Spoke to customer service and they said earlier in day it was quiet.
We would have had more time in there, not being so rushed.
