Baggage

Some confusion as to this.

Booked flights May 09 for Feb 10 with baggage allowance of 2 x 23kgs (Virgin)

On my e-ticket it says 1 bag each of 23kgs as they changed the limits in October 09 (after we booked)

I'm expecting our 2 bag allowance but will i get it???

Probably best contacting Virgin, they do reserve the right to change baggage allowances.

As you booked your flights before November 25th 2009, you are allowed 2 pieces per person.

This is on their website under passenger information -&gt; baggage

We are in the same position and confirmed that we would still have 2 and they said yes.

am in the same boat to. booked in April 09 for Nov 10.

was concerned so went into Virgin holidays shop in House of fraser bluewater.
the lady ther advised me to print the baggage info off of the virgin website, highlight the relevant dates etc, and have it all to hand when we check in, both outbound and inbound next year.
then they will have to let us have 2 pieces per person

We came in Florida WITH Virgin 10 December 2009 and booked before 25 November 2009 and had 2 cases so we are alowwed 2 cases going back .
No one made any comments at Virgin desk at Manchester so it nust have been on the screen when we booked .
