I am waiting for a refund for cancelled car hire (it was agreed with the hire company) however another £150 has been taken from my credit card and no refund made, this has been going on now for 3 weeks, how long should take to sort out does anyone know.

Lyn Its probably best to contact roger if the hire was through this site - just use their email. Alamo took some additional payments form my card but it was all sorted after an email to roger. It took about 4 weeks to get totally resolved and all refunds to be credited
I have just received an email and been promised the refund today.
Our supplier asked us to pass on their apologies. I think as you had made 4 smaller bookings then cancelled then all and made 1 new longer booking they had got a bit confused over the total balances due. Let me know if the correct monies are not processed to your card over the next few days.
Thanks for that Roger, have always had excellent service from you, I just got a little worried when extra money was deducted, but I do understand that mistakes happen and hope that everything runs smoothly now.
