I have sent two emails about having a problem using the website to pay and order tickets. I sent one email 3 days ago and another this morning, but have had no reply to either. Has anyone else had this problem? It is making me a bit worried about parting with a large sum of money in case something crops up after the sale and I get no reply when I try to get it sorted out.

Have no qualms Sue-I have no doubt that there will be a resolution from these excellent people within no time at all.

Suggestion: Have you checked your spam box? I never had problems with the tickets website, but it did happen with the car rental one: their answering mails had ended up in my spam box. It would be really surprising that your mails would go unanswered, we have had nothing but prompt reaction on both sites, certainly no more than 24 hours.

Hello,

We did reply, I would check your spam filters. there are no issues with the site. It is accepting card info without problem. I suggested trying again. We can take details over the phone but this is not secure, our web site is.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback and the replies. I do not seem to be able to find your reply anywhere. Would you mind re-sending it so that I can check that the lines of communication are still open? I will try again with the website as you suggest.

I have now tried three times to get the website to accept my card details but am having no luck. It keeps telling me the numbers are not the right number of digits (although they are). I am really frustrated because I really want to buy these tickets. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can try next?

Update - I phoned the number I was given and a very helpful lady took the details for me. The order has now been processed successfully. Thanks for giving it your prompt attention. We can really start looking forward to the holiday now!
