Hi,

Wasn't sure what to do because I sent the following email to selfserve@park-tickets.com on Monday and haven't received a reply. I'm getting quite worried about it as we fly tomorrow!

I thought if I reposted it here somebody might be able to help.

Hi,

We ordered some tickets a while ago and chose to have them delivered to the villa we are staying in from this Saturday night. When I log in to your website though it says..

"Delivery method: Deliver to your home (xxxxxxxx)"

Have we chosen the correct option? I assume our home means the one we are renting, not our home in the UK?

My second question is about delivery times. It says in your email that tickets cannot be delivered after 4pm on the same day. We arrive at 5:30pm on Saturday and were hoping to go to Magic Kingdom on Sunday. Is it possible to have them delivered first thing on the Sunday morning?

Hi

Email your order number and question to info@park-tickets.com and I will check your order. Although your are qutoting our villa delivery instructions so you must of had confirmation for this. If you call in at 8am tickets will be with you by 9am.

If those are the villa delivery instructions then that answers my question, thank you.

I wall call at 8am on Sunday :)
