You will find that many communities are based on the same principle, although they may have different community facilities. Highlands is built around an 18 hole public golf course. some will have views of the course, some will back on to other homes etc.

All the homes ares different on the community, you will have 3,4,5,6 and 7 bedroom homes. some will be one storey some will be two storey. The area just the community has a publix shopping store for all your groceries, there is a restaurant which is within walking distance, although not a short walk. Many others within a short drive, 24 Walmart a further 5 mins away.

why not ask the owner a bit more, they will only be to happy to help.

It's very useful if your villa is within walking distance of Berry Town Centre (most are!) as there are a few restaurants (Applebees being the largest). Our teenagers often pop round to the supermarket for an ice cream or eat their lunch outside at Mia Pizza. There is also a Chinese and Indian eat-in/take-away, bar, bank and petrol station at Berry Town Centre.

We like to stroll so often walk around the community early evenings as there are pavements/street lighting.

It's a lovely community, with tree lined roads and very attractive, although I appreciate I am slightly biased[msnwink]

From the sound of your first post. You were booking the home direct from the owner, but you still dont know the address where the villa is only 15 days before. Where did you book it through, I presume from your last post it maybe with a travel agent. As I know many if not all the owners that advertise on here will let you have the address and details approx 8/10 weeks before you are due to arrive, when you have paid your balance in full.

I do hope you have an enjoyable festive season in Orlando. We have been going at Christmas/New year for over 7 years and would not be anywhere else

Hi Ceri

I booked with a travel agent, The prices they offered me for a 3 bed villa was very competitive so I cant complain. But yes it would have been nice to have an address to where we would be spending our two week holiday
