Budget Old Town office.

Does anyone know the opening/closing times for the Budget office at Old Town please. We have used this office before and I am sure it close`s early in the winter months (16.00 ) but not sure about summer time.

Thanks John. Have just gotten an email from them asking if it was ok to change my times as we had put in to drop off at 18.00.

Just wanted to let anyone know who may be thinking of booking a car with Budget and picking up/ dropping off at Old Town. My first car I have to return early 16.45, as the offices close at 17.00 which is fair enough but I have now received an email to tell me that there office will close at 14.00 the next week so need to return the second car by 13.45. If I do not return it to Old Town by 14.00. I will be charged for another days rental. So I lose three hours rental time because they decide to close early!!!. Very disappointed as we have used Budget before and had really good service from them at the Old Town office`s.

It's always tricky in this sort of situation. As per our email to you, the office does indeed close at 14:00 as we were notified by Budget earlier today.

We realise their website does not indicate this, but for some reason on the day you have selected their office is closing early. This can happen at times with all suppliers, so fortunately they were good enough to advise us now rather than have you turn up to a closed office!

The other option I guess is to book with Alamo or Dollar.
