Hello everybody,
Whilst not an overly keen golfer I do want to play a few rounds while staying in Bradenton next month. I was thinking of buying a set of clubs over there rather than hiring a set out every time I play. Do you think that would be wise? I have no idea how much a set would cost and whether it is cost effective. Also if I did buy a set where is the best place to go.
Look forward to hearing from you guys

Check out Walmart online that will give you an idea of prices then you can compare with the cost of hiring.

My husband has just taken golf up as a hobby and brought a good set of starter clubs from the Big Bass Pro shop, they are at various locations but there's one on International Drive at Festival Bay.

You can buy a set for $100 or so, don't forget shoes and balls etc.

I bought my clubs in Edwin Watts golf store on Vineland Road off I-drive. Great service and a massive selection where you can try out all the sets you want.
