Hello there i am travelling to orlando next week can anyone tell me if there is any checks for swine flu or flu symtons at the airport when you get to customs at the airport,as we are worried that if one of us travelling dont feel well the day before they will turn you back because of the swine flu issue.

We flew just over 3 weeks ago.

The only thing we noticed on arrival at MCO (Orlando International) was a poster near the immigration checks targeted at arrivals from Mexico. No idea what it said.

After that

on our last day in Orlando when we were in MK there was one child wearing a face mask. She could have been wearing that for any number of reasons.

Beyond that nothing. The airports and the parks were fully functioning, I didn't notice or see any additional checks what so ever.

Just my personal opinion but I can't see a country with 33,000 cases would worry about entries from a country with 7,447.

It can't now be contained, however the vast majority of cases are mild and the authorities know this - they will not jeopardise the tourist income of a major US tourist destination on the strength of something that is not much worse in most cases than a bad cold,

Continue to look forward to your hols. you will be fine...
