Booking telephone number

I am unable to locate the telephone number to book a car with. i always use online but I have a guest who prefers to telephone her order. Can someone tel me the number to call in the UK?

There is some text which states

"Use the instant Quote above to get an exact price for your car hire requirements. If you like the price you can then order securely on-line with a credit card. See details below if you prefer to pay by cheque, or order by phone."

I have looked below and cannot see a telephone number, maybe it is me[msnembarrased]

We stopped taking calls around 3 years ago, but always respond to emails very quickly. It looks like we overlooked that comment on the website.

If you tell your guest to order online, and if they have any questions not already answered on the site they can email us on info@uscarhire.co.uk

I always book online but I do know people who don't like making payments over the internet, it is a shame that these people cannot take advantage of this site.

In fact, booking on a secure server is usually more secure than paying over a none secure phone line, where also the company they are calling are probably either writing card details down or entering the card details on to an online system that may or may not be secure.

I guess over a period of time these people will gradually start to feel more comfortable booking and paying for services online.

Thanks Roger. Unfortuanately I had already sent the 'contact email' requesting a call. Roulla emailed me last night and informed me there was no facility to make/receive calls.

I have informed the guest of the online form, but they have informed me they are looking elsewhere.

I know what you mean about security etc, but there are still a few who prefer telephones. I am not one, having experienced the call centers of some compaNies, give me an online process anytime.[msnwink]
