Hi all, we as a family of 4 are going to florida sept 09, my husband currently has a visa that he had to apply for 2 years ago when we last visited florida as he had been fined for a breech of the peace offence does he need to apply online for v.w.p. or is the visa enough.

If your husband has a B1/B2 visa (6 months) then he does not have to apply for ESTA. His visa is all he needs and he will fill in the 'white' form on the plane.
