Sat Nav Query

Hi

I've booked my car hire and sat nav hire through this site.
At the time of booking the sat nav I wasnt sure of the villa's address we were staying at but have since got it. I wanted to add the address to my order so that it could be installed as my home location on arriving in Orlando. I have emailed via the contact email link specifying my order number etc asking if this is possible twice now without receiving any confirmation this has been or will be done prior to me receiving it in the post.
Any help much appreciated on the matter.
