Hi all. Great community on here, hope you can help.
After reading many forums on whether or not i need a visa i am no nearer to figuring out if i do or not.
Last year i had an altercation with a motorist which resulted in him trapping his leg in the car door and receiving bruising.
A complaint was made and i was interviewed under caution but not arrested, i attended the police station voluntarily and wasnt taken into custody.
I received a simple caution.
Do i need to apply for a visa or am i safe to travel on an ESTA?
