Does anyone have any suggestions of family friendly restaurants in the Westridge area ? Its our first visit and it would be great to know if somewhere is recommended.

Hi Mrs B!

Well, the beauty of Orlando, and Florida in general, is that most restaurants are very child and family friendly, and there are plenty in the Westridge area. It really depends how much you want to pay, and what sort of food you like - there will be something to suit everyone.

Applebees is one you might like to try, just north of you on Highway 27, opposite the Publix supermarket at Berry Town Center. There are several restaurants here, too, including pizza take-aways. The chain restaurants are Denny's, Chillis, Golden Corrall, Bob Evans, Ponderosa, and of course there are plenty of MacDonalds, etc. These are found in many places, and most should be in reach of you. There are also places like The Olive Garden, and Ruby Tuesdays, and numerous varieties of steak and seafood restaurants, like The Outback for example, though you will have to travel a little further for them.

I am sure you will find lots of places where the whole family will enjoy eating, and you will definintely find it far less stressful taking children out than you will in the UK.

Hope you have a great time!

We liked Bob Evans and Ruby Tuesdays. Nice food, good service and value for money. Thumbs up from all our family
