Hi Everyone.

4 Sale is our home on the 4 corners sub-division.

This is a beautifull well maintained home on a spacious corner plot.

Backing on to a retention area there are no close overlooking neighbours.

The pool area has a larger than normal deck area where you can sunbathe or have BBQ's, unlike some where you have to sit in a narrow space between the house and the pool.
Pool has a built in relaxing hot tub/spa.

The house is offered either furnished or not, as you desire.

It has not been a rental property and as such is in top condition.

If you required it to be made a rental property i would have the house prepared and licences applied for you as part of the deal.

Please take the time to have a look at the listing and if you have any questions feel free to PM me.[msnwink]

A friend of my husbands is buying up homes in Orlando like its going out of fashion..he just got one where I live on Tuscan Ridge..saw on the news today that Orlando is classed as a good buy..if you are in for 5 to 10 years..I wish I had a few spare $$ but still saving for that log cabin...lol

Sorry should have come back to this.

Sale fell through due to valuation by the buyers mortgage appraiser, even though a price had been agreed by both parties.

Sorry about that Neil & Kay.

Hi Neil,

Sorry about that ...

but what was the appraiser evaluation then ?

For a nice house like yours, your sales price looks already low !

So, what would they expect ?

Yeah it was a shame, thanks.

Will try again later with hopefully a better result.

Longleaf, sent you a DM.
