I have searched the site extremely carefully and have not seen mention of this apparent anomaly.

If you are interested in buying, the moderators will normally allow you access to the owner's area.
If you drop an email to info@orlandovillas.com and let them know that you are looking at purchasing a villa they will give you access to this area.
It's kept seperate from the general guests' areas as the types of things that get discussed in there are usually of no interest to guests whatsoever and so would just end up being distracting.
As said above, if you drop us an email then we will give you access even though you are not yet a villa owner.
