Hi,

I have just bought a villa at High Grove, junction of US27 and 192. Do not know when it will be ready yet. Any tips on marketing for letting, web page setup and management company to use will be of great help.

Hi Neil

We have also just purchased a villa at Highgrove. Ours will not be ready for about 15 months. We went through Florida Choice who will also act as our management agents. What style of property did you go for?
