Has anyone stayed here before?
im booked in this year here and wondering if anyone knows this area.

I know the area pretty well. You are around 5 minute drive from the nearest Walmart, 5 minutes from 192 and around 10 minutes from the Disney Entrance.
I think it's a good centrally located area and you'll find all you need within a short driving distance.

Paula is correct in that it is a great location for getting to all the major attractions yet is lovely and peaceful..... but then I would like it as I am bias [msnwink]

Mark, great location and central for Disney and shops, restaurants, yet a great peaceful area to unwind after a hectic day.

thanks for the feedback, ive stayed at lake berkley a few times, and its a great location.
eagle pointe looks and sounds great.
