Easter Sunday - Any Special Events?

Is there anything special put on at Magic Kingdom on Easter Sunday (I'm assuming it is open on Easter Sunday!)

Also, is there a particular "theme" at Magic Kingdom this year?

All Disney parks are open every day of the year and Easter at MK will be pretty busy. There's the Easter parade on Sunday afternoon but you'd probably need to get into the park when it opens as they sometimes close parks if they get to capacity levels.

Celebration is a very good place at Easter and usually has lots of events and is worth a trip out.

You definitely have to get into the park very early. The year we saw the Easter Parade the park was closed by 11 am. The parade was well worth watching though.
