Does Alamo have a scheme like 'Dollar Express' which will save time on collection of the car in Orlando? If so is it worth using? Any experience with Alamo?

They do have a system of kiosk check-in at some location but this is only available currently through booking directly with Alamo (and therefore at a much higher price). They have been talking about opening this facility up to agent bookings at some point, but I'm not sure if/when that will happen.
