Thanks for the compliments.
I bought my camera especially for my trip. I wanted to take some pictures of the villa to put on my web site.
The camera is a Sony DSC-V1, very good camera. I like the night shot, which allows me to take pictures of high quality in the dark.
The camera take pictures at a maximum of 5 megapix. I find this is to big, so I use a maximum of 1.2 megapix, which is the quality of all of my published pictures.
Here are some more for you.

Oscar,

I was so impressed with the camera that I bought one through Ebay!!! Got a great bargain and it'll be delivered to our M/C for our visit next week. Managed to get it for $470 brand new (£278) which included a case, an extra 64mb memory stick (now has 96mb - do I need to buy more and how much?) and Memory stick reader. Anyway thanks for sharing your pics and the Castle looks amazing!!!

Hi all,
So glad you like the Photos,
Lisaq, the Sony DSC-V1, is a fantastic Camera. I bought a 256mb stick, spare battery, and charger. I havent filled the stick yet, and have take quite afew pictures. My advise is if you have a PC or Laptop, download your pictures to your harddrive, and burn to a CD-RW, for safe keeping, this will free up your stick and save those valuable pictures. You dont need a card reader, if you have USB, you can plug to your PC and use Windows XP, camera/scanner software to download your pictures, really easy.
The spare battery havent even used. Every night I come home download my pictures and charge the camera for the next day. Havent yet run out of power, if you do run low you can turn the LCD off and use the view finder as with a normal camera. Also swithch your camera to powersave, this increases your battery life. Beaware that if you use the flash on powersave, there is a 5 sec delay between shots for the battery to charge.
But I am very happy with the camera. To prove it and show what the camera can do more holiday shots.

Oscar, WOW those laser lights, great with the slow shutter. We often wonder how pilots land/take off at night with all those lights. Can't wait to see the next installment. :D

Hi all,
Thanks Fergi, I love that picture, I might get another one done.
We have been to KSC, that was quite good, but we have been there before to see a shuttle launch. This time we just thought we would do the tour.

The ticket collector was on a bit of a high.

We had to go to the Mall at the Millenia. Oh dear big mistake, so much to buy, great designer names.

Oscar, this is one of my favourite rides. Last time we rode it our train took ages to start after the water came down. I made my son sit at the edge (it was his first time);)what a rotten mother.:D

Oscar,

Thanks for sharing your photos and recommending a GREAT camera - we got ours delivered whilst we were at our home at Christmas YEAY:D

We've taken some great pictures although I need a little more practice but the quality and colours are amazing. When I get the hang of cropping them I'll post some pics of the kids.

Cheers mate!
