This is at Lake Monroe near Sanford and is a great place for a day visit. There is a picnic area (with lots of squirrels!) and plenty of animals to keep you occupied. Elephants, cheetah, mandrills, kookaburra or snakes, lizards and frogs in the Herpetarium and a butterfly sensory garden, to name but a few.
