We received an email from 'Floridaparc', we were lucky two of the computers connected to internet had virus protection on (never got round to putting it on the other one)and one of the children opened it.

We were able to isolate it to that, but it took a lot to get rid of it.

It said 'floridaparc' and then in the subject Indian Creek, but a friend has had the same email, and in the subject line was her community, (Florida Pines) and other friends of hers had received the same email, with varying communities in the subject line. They appear to be putting your community in the subject line to attract you to open it.

The virus is called

W32.HLLW.Qaz.A

also known as:

Qaz.Trojan,Qua.Worm, and W32.HLLW.Qaz.A(gen)

Hope you won't need this, as long as you know about it and delete it before you open it you should be OK, so I am informed.

If you do need help getting rid of it, go to www.symantec.com
I found this site after trying for ages on my own.
