Hi,

Has anyone ever used one of these? Do they work?

Don't waste your money, they are a complete waste of time. Also unless you are a stick insect (so are unlikely to need one anyway) they don't fit properly.

not sure about the belt..but I used one of the first ones made for disabled people who could not walk...just after having my first baby...I had a 62 inch waist after having her from a 17 inch one..my doctor thought I would need an op to put me back in shape..but the machine took my waist down to 22 inches....that was 27 years ago and I've owned the pads up until my last lot broke a few years ago...since then my waist has been gaining again...I used the pads to keep in shape after I broke my neck and was unable to walk far for 2 years...
Can't say about the belt...but I've been thinking about trying one..but not sure if it would be as strong as my first one..which was from a hospital...or as good as the pads...

For health reasons I am not allowed to use them, but my husband uses one from time to time and swears by it! Mainly for the fact it helps his back!!:)

There's a warning on them NOT to use it if you suffer from back problems!

Interesting Nina[msneek] My husband swears by his, mainly for how much better it makes his back feel:) In fact , when we go to Florida, just back actually, it is one of the first things in the case!! It has to be confirmed, he does NOT, however have a washboard stomach!! He used it everyday on our Florida trip too![msncool][msnwink]

I've been using mine 27 years with back problems...and only get pain without using it..companies have to cover themselves so like most things you can't use anything for anything nowadays in case you sue them...fireman can't use a ladder..or go near smoke...that has to tell people something..
