Hi just returned from Florida as expected had a great time only downside was on arrival at Tampa confussioun with type of car they had for me.(paid for SUV tried to palm me off with Economy )On getting this sorted out,they gave me a Jeep Liberty nice car sadley this one looked as if it had been on hire in IRAQ .Tailgate large dent and various deep scrathes the length of the car on both sides.Now after a long flight tired and exhausted i believe these rental agents try to palm you off with the first thing that comes to them.Now i was fortunate to have all my paperwork with me (Good job)to argue my case.After taking this car stupidly. I contacted Rodger on this site and i once more must Thank him again for his professionalism and speed on correcting this problem.So a big THANK YOU Rodger for your help on this matter.I will definately recomend and use this site again,cheers .
