Gap between visits to Florida

Hi everyone

my husband was granted a visa a few years ago as he decided it to be the best thing as he was arrested when he was young. We have not had any problems each year we have gone to Florida. What I was wondering is if there is a limit on the amount of times this visa can be used in a year? Someone mentioned that it could only be used once a year. I can't seem to find out. I know on a visa waiver I can only stay in florida for 90 days but what minimum gap is there meant to be between visits for anyone going to florida with a visa or a visa waiver? I would welcome any comments if anyone can help me with this.

As far as I am aware, unless your husband was issued with a limited visa and it would say on it, then you can visit as many times as you like. You can technically leave the country for a day, then return, though I would suspect there might be a few questions asked
