Depends on what age ranges you have with you. For instance, if you have from about 14 years or so upwards then Sleuth's is a really good night out where you get to solve a murder with some great humour but it wouldn't be suitable for younger children.

La Nouba, Cirque du Soleil at Downtown Disney is amazing and suitable for all ages. Your 9, 11 and 14 year olds would love it. There are plenty of places to eat there too before or after the show.

I'm a huge fan of the Cirque du Soleil show, La Nuba, at Downtown Disney.

If you have seen any of the other Cirque du Soleil shows you will know more-or-less what to expect. If you haven't yet experienced one then I would recommend it without hesitation.

Downtown Disney also has heaps of great places to eat so you can make a fantastic night of it.

Another fan of La Nuba. Been the last 3 years, trying to think of somewhere else for New Year. Might still go and watch it again!
