I know through experience of watching our pool guy clean our pool 2 weeks on the trot it can take different times to clean the pool. I would imagine they do not carry out everything each week. Because of this it would take different times. Like Martin said if the pool was not clean it needs to be bought to the attention of the owner or management company.
