Hire a car in the US and drop off in Canada or vice versa?
Sorry, that's not an option with any of the suppliers.

When my husband looked at doing this a couple of years ago it was quoted at over $500 dropoff fee.

I knew the drop off fee would be hefty as we have paid $300 just for different locations on the east and west coasts, never mind a different country.
We will have to have a rethink about our itinerary [msnsad]
