I just spent the best $39.95 by using www.greencardhelper.com
i had looked at other site before but nothing came even close to that one.
I know the lottery is free but with all the complex requiremes from the US state department, i'd rather pay $39.95 and be sure that it wont be decilned,I didnt have 6 hours to spend reading about digital photo format and us law and all the things around the lottery. At leat now i can sleep happy. i was even able to upload my picture
