Yes
The list in endless.
Checking my homes to ensure they are ok.
Making a list of what is required to improve them.
Visiting Home Depot and Lowes very much a tradition.
Dining at our favourie restaurants, too many to mention.
Catching up with friends.
Shopping shopping and more shopping .
Visiting somewhere we haven't been before this has become a tradition.
Lastly the one tradition I hate, shutting the door on my home looking back as I get in the car, knowing full well my holiday is over and I MUST go to the airport.

Every time we arrive at our second home we have to stop off at Publix for cooked chicken tenders and new york potato salad. We do this every time and it gives us a nice warm feeling inside.
Then, we start to unpack![msncool]

I have my favourite spot on the pool deck but I think that's more self indulgence than tradition.

One thing I can never seem to wait for is a Boar's Head Ultimate Sub from Publix. With some grain mustard. Mmmmmmmmm.

Buying more trainers than any bloke really needs (8 pairs on the last trip) is a personal tradition!!

A new tradition which we started on the last trip and aim to continue in September is going to the Rainforest Cafe in DTD on our last night. It will be extra special this time as we are taking my 5 year old niece with us.

Yes our tradition even though we have been to Florida many times is to take the wrong turning out of MCO and get completly lost. :D

Seriously, We always head straight for a diner, either Carrabbas or Houlihans (As its on the way to the Villa) before we flake out at the Villa or soak in the pool. Plus a nice bottle of Red while the kids hit the TV Channels

Every time I land in the US, in Florida and elsewhere:

As soon as possible have a peanut butter sundae with extra smashed peanuts and don't forget the cherry on top (hey, it's only once a year, who cares [:I])

First breakfast at Dennys (Lumberjack slam).
Next breakfasts : fresh bagels and/or blueberry muffins and/or doughnuts, we're in America after all.

First dinner tex-mex (and margaritas): Amigo's in Florida, Winter Park (hope it's still there) / Margarita's in Kansas City downtown / Viva Mercado's in Las vegas / Salpicon in Chicago.

Last dinner tex-mex. And probably some more in the middle tex-mex if time allows. :D:D:D

Last personal tradition, even if it's not in Florida: when in Kansas City I always go to the Hallmark Visitors Center and spend hours chosing cards for the next 200 occasions :D. Hallmark originates from KC, the place is huge, several floors. It's silly, I know. They have loads of X-Mas decorations too, and come to think of it I've always bought at least one, wherever in the US. Wow....
Do they still have this X-Mas shop at Disney? It was funny to be standing there in the middle of July.

We always have our first breakfast in Bob Evans and we have to find at least one new restaurant that we really like on each trip - last trip was Blue Zoo!
I always try and buy a Christmas decoration, over the years we've had some stunning tree baubles and also some mad musical toys - including a singing turkey!
On the last morning Dave always has to have 'one last swim' before we leave the villa, so I always have a wet towel and his trunks to deal with!

On our first morning we go to Perkins for breakfast - we love their potato pancakes with bacon and apple sauce. We go the one on 192 near Old Lake Wilson Road and the staff are so friendly, most have been there for years and always say, welcome back, how long are you staying this time..

Yes our family tradition is either have a Dominos pizza delivered or a Chinese the first night we arrive at the house.
Then a very early breakfast the next morning at the Southern Dunes Golf Club.
Then off to Publix's to do our food shopping .
There are so many of our favourite restaurants that we like to visit but Manny's Chophouse has to be one of the best !
Or The Cheesecake Factory
Or The Outback
Or Brava
Or Carrabba's
The list goes on !!!

Me and my dad always run for The Hulk on the first day we go to IOA- we're there at opening and absolutley sprint to get on the first ride of it!
Also, we always try and get my little brother to ride on Big Thunder Mountain, and he always manages to psyche himself up and queue for it. Then, just as we're getting seated for it, he'll start freaking out and have to be let off the coaster! It's entertaining to say the least, as he's 14 years old now!!
