View Full Version : not much response
Hello guys, ive been trying to book a villa for my family but so far have not had much response. I have filled in the form on here and only had half a dozen response.
We have booked our flights in march 09, and for our holiday from the 23/12/08 - 07/01/09, 15 days in orlando but have had not so many response, are all the villas booked or what.
We would like to have a games room and a pool, the games rooms is not a must have but would be good, but the pool is a must have.
Thanks
Hi Wayne,
Xmas is a peak time so I would imagine many villas will already be booked - suggest you try all 3 sites:
www.orlandovillas.com
www.onlinefloridavillas.com
www.villasflorida.com
Good luck and happy searching

I don't think you have put your enquiry out to all 3 sites, I have not seem this request.
Have you sent www.onlineflordavillas.com, if so i suggest you try again
Hi Wayne
We booked our villa at the end of April for almost the same period not long ago from this site
We put out a general enquiry to all 3 sites, and also accidently to the sister site which is aimed at American bookings[msnembarrased]. We were surprised at how many replies we received.
I'm not sure how many bedrooms you need but put out a general enquiry for more rooms than you need as this will also give you a bigger choice.
Hope you find one, there are lot's of lovely ones to choose from.

I would give the same advice as other owners. Try all three sites to give a wider prospect of availability. A lot of homes have games rooms and pool some have a spa/jacuzzi and many more little 'extras'.
I am sure you will find a lovely home within the 3 sites above.
You will have a great time over Christmas.
It is a very peak time. We were booked back in January.
As othere have said, try all three sites, and you should have a good range to choose from.
I too don't think you have put your enquiry out to all 3 sites as I have not seen this request.
Have you sent www.orlandovillas.com ?

Make sure that when you put out your enquiry, you put in the correct email address as it may have been mistyped.
As others have said, put it out again to all 3 sites.
Wayne
As the others have said do put an enquiry out on all 3 sites, but the popular dates of Christmas, Easter, some of the summer holidays and the October half terms often go at least a year in advance.
You could consider either having a week in Orlando and a week at the Gulf coast in one of the lovely villas there? Alternatively if you want a fortnight in Orlando but are not gettng much response you could try splitting it into 2 separate weeks, giving both these as your timescale. You might find that some people are booked for Christmas and not New Year and vica versa. If this is not what you want fair enough, but you could see different parts of the Orlando area and it gives you an opportunity to try alternative restaurants etc.
I think you will find all the villas have their own pools, but not everyone has a games room so if you put this as a plus but not a must have you will open up more responses.
Best of luck and do let us know how you get on.

Hi Wayne
Christmas is peak, try splitting your weeks, if you do not mind moving villa, for instance I am booked from 26 December some owners are booked for Chritmas and New Year. March should be a little easier to book as it is not peak. Good luck hope you find a home that meets your requirements. Try all 3 sites.
