Universal Hotels and Front of Line

I have booked a night at the Royal Pacific hotel at universal to get the front of line priviledge; has anyone else done this and can they give me any advice about how early on the checking-in day can I get the room key and is it valid for all day on the 2nd day after check-out.

stayed at the hard rock last sumer, had a late flight so don' t know how early the pass is valid ,but you can use it all the next day if my memory serves me right.why not call or email them and ask ?
