View Full Version : choosing a villa
I am wondering what other villa renters would consider the most important points for consideration when trying to choose the right villa?
Thanks for your help,

Hi Ellie
This is a very difficult question to answer, it is down to personal choice.
I suggest you make a list of what is the most important points that suits you and your families needs, for your Florida visit.
So much to consider, location, size of your villa, position of the pool, the floorplan, the furnishings maybe price?
Is a spa important,a large screen TV,a games room? The list is endless each families need are different.
Making a list will be a positive step in the right direction.
Good luck, there are many fantastic villas on all OV websites above.
Choose as a family make it a games, all of you will have your favourites, eventually you will narrow it down to the villa that ticks all your boxes. [msnsmile2]

I think your choice would be that you get it from the owner direct and you get what you see on these webs site as they are all verifed .
Enjoy your holiday when you go as I am sure you will .

Hi Elle
I think you should first ask yourself what you will be doing on your holiday. Will you be at the parks or out and about most of the time, or will you be spending most of the time at the villa? Some people have been to Orlando a lot of times and know they will spend more time at the villa, relaxing and enjoying their own space.
If you will be spending most of your hloiday out and about, then things like large screen TVs might not be on your wish list (the TV programmes are not like UK ones anyway and I have always had difficulty finding something worth watching) :(
If you have a large group going and you will spend lots of time around your own pool, then it would be very important to have a villa with a deck large enough and enough pool furniture for all of you.
These are just a few examples of some things are more important to different people. All guests have varying needs. The price of a villa should also correspond to the amenities it offers. Remember, not all villas are equal so whatever you do, don't compare on price alone. Look at the things you really want to make your holiday perfect.

It is a very personal thing Elle, you just need to work out what your family wants and try and narrow it down from there as there are many different villas out there.
