There are two tube rides and a raft ride at Typhoon Lagoon. The raft will take a whole family and the whole family are needed to carry this thing up the steps. There is usually quite a queue. It is a very wet ride. There are squirters and sprays all over the place as you come down so if you dont get splashed naturally, they will still get you. Not a particularly long ride.Photo call at the end.
The two tube rides are adjacent. Both are good fun. One is faster than the other and that one always has the longer queue. They are single person tubes.Try and get one with a bottom in it. Some are just tyres and that is hard on the bum. Also try and go down frontwards. If you start off backwards, it is difficult to turn round. And get off and out of the way as quickly as you can at the bottom, dragging your tyre over and handing it to a queue member rather than leaving it in the splash pool.

The family raft ride (at Blizzard Beach?) is OK for quite young children. Ours were 4 and 6 and really enjoyed it.

The family ratft ride at Blizard Beachj is the longest of its kind in the world, and has some pretty high walls you slide up! Its great fun, but could be a bit scaru fro young ones if there is too much weight in the raft. Seems that the more weight the higher the wall climbs!
