View Full Version : Summer Hol Flights to MCO for £329 with BA
Couldn't fit it all in to the title but, unfortunately they are GONE!
It seems like there was a muck up online for a couple of days at the begining of the week and a lot of BA flights where coming out super cheap.
you could get to MCO return over the august bank holiday for £329 or £379 Returns to JFK (New York) for £249
We've already booked our flights via new york, but was going to book a couple more for my parents to join us for the new york leg, but i missed out by minutes / hours.
Just pays to keep looking!

Just pays to keep looking![/quote]I actually posted this information on here on Saturday when these prices were 'live'. After having second thoughts and seeing them as an obvious mistake, I deleted it because I didn't want people to book them and then things might go wrong.
I called a few friends and relatives and a lot of people did buy the tickets over the weekend - they were an amazing bargain. Manchester to New York in August was £221 all-in. On Monday morning when BA/Expedia realised what had happened, they were pulled instantly!!
The company did something similar last year with First Class flights on American Airlines. On that occasion I saved over £16,000 on several transatlantic flights.
(BTW Mark - I think I know where you got this info from[msnwink][msnwink])
They pulled the BA incorrect flights at about 11am on Monday. I was extremely lucky and managed to get ours at 10.45. When I looked again a few minutes later, they'd sorted their mistake and the flights were £222 more per person.

There are computer glitches like this from time to time we usually hear about them too late.
The best one ever I would think was a fully flexible first class return flight from Canada to Cyprus with Alitalia, stopping in Rome(where you could break your journey) for £100. They didn't spot that for weeks and thousands booked, they tried to cancel the flights but caved in after some legal action.
Still I am off to Orlando(MCO) from Manchester on Monday for £240 which is the cheapest price I have ever seen.
I was gutted i found out too late. I really wanted to treat my parents to a few days in New York and it could have meant that some friends of ours could have been able to share the villa with us in the summer holidays.
