[8]Got a big favour to ask anyone going out in the next couple of months. Im interested in buying a ring from Wal-mart that you can design yourself on-line. If anyone shops in Wal-mart would you be kind enough to ask them if they do the KEEPSAKE FAMILY JEWLERY (Designer Jewelery) in store. Tried e-mailing them but haven't yet got a reply back yet;[?] Thankyou in advance if any body can do this for me![msnwink][clap][beer][angel]

Have you tried giving them a call? The numbers for each store are listed on the website.

hi david, thanks for replying.I would like to know if walmart lets people design and order the rings in store and how long it would take.We will be renting a villa in a few months but the problem is that i cant order the rings online as my bank wont authorize the items being sent to a different address ie the villa address. Not a life and death situation i know but i want to treat my mum who has just got over cancer and i know buying at walmart i can return to Asda in UK if need be.Many thanks if you can help.[8D]

I have checked and you can order in store, or you can take away a leaflet to send in the post. The whole process takes about 14 day's. You can pick up the items from the store or have them sent to your home address. If you need anything else come back to me.

Hi Jacqui

A wee word of warning , if you order a ring or anything from Walmart that is designed and made especially for you , then it is classed as non returnable unless Faulty. I found this out this year when I ordered a ring for my Daughters 18th ,with her birthstone in it , when I collected it it was really not as nice as imagined , but customer services would not refund as it was made just for her . Asda in the U.K would not even entertain me as it was bought in the U.S and was not faulty . I even tried head office and was told the same ,so $260 went down the drain :(

What else would you expect them to do , even Walmart is not a charity

Thank you for you reply Stephen , I was mearly passing on info I received from Walmart to help Jacque before she made her purchase , there is no where in my reply that says I disagreed with Walmart policy, but what I dont understand is why you feel the need to be patronising in your reply.

In general Asda will replace/refund faulty items in the UK but not as mention if it ia a personalised item.
