Do we have to buy a separate ticket to see the concerts, or can we get in on our annual Universal passes, do you know?

Have been keeping my eye out to see who would be on 5th April as we are over there and notice its going to be Huey Lewis and The News again. They were very good but I was hoping it would be somebody different. I think they must be pretty regular as they also played there in 2005.

Earth Wind and Fire are playing on April 19th, sadly we will be back home then.

Booked today to fly out on 4th March-Can now see Smokey Robinson-In the words of Bob Dylan-"The World's Greatest Living Poet"-I agree!!
I've seen him twice in this country and he is absolutely excellent--I can't wait!

Does it only happen on Saturday nights or are there any events during the week

We are staying at RPR on 3rd for one night to get FOTL passes

but our overall stay is for much longer, considering heading back to see Huey on the 5th

Tip for Mardi Gras! we went last saturday, stand by the fairground stands by Jaws as floats just start from there and they are full with BEADS!!! we got weighed down with them much to the delight of the kids and of course ME :D everyone congragates by the main streets near the mummy etc so hard to see anything, our place was just perfect. Enjoy

We went for the concert more than the beads and didn't arrive til after 1915 hrs but still managed to collect some beads round by the concert stage. (I still have hundreds from Millenium so the collection in the closet is even bigger now).

According to the website, you can buy just Mardi Gras passes, which start from 5pm, so if you don't want to go to the park and don't want to spend the extra money, these are another option.
