I have a 2 year old Lexmark 552 printer which is refusing to print the black.Since I need one urgently for work, I gave up and bought a new one.

So free for anyone who would like to come and collect it.

NO, Martin. A message came up to tell me to replace the black cartridge, which I did and a message persists in telling me to replace the black.

Have you tried using the knowledge database for Lexmark. it might be something really simple
