Just to point out the obvious:

If you looked at a similar site for anywhere in the world you would get to see the same kind of thing.

Your right John but I have never found a site in the uk where you can find this. In the usa they seem to be more open to let the public see this. To me it is a good thing makes the restaurant work harder.

They do this in the UK it's not a web site but in our local newspaper they print the results of council inspectors. A real eyeopener.
